Introducing two new ways to get critical notifications.

Alert Me (pilot feature)

Now they can call for help. From anywhere.

Double-click the logo button on the front of the Jiobit and get an urgent notification in the app letting you know they need your attention. The app then shows you exact location.

Control who on your Care Team gets the notification, and customize what the notification says. You can also choose between a double-click and a triple-click.

Activate and customize Alert Me by selecting Menu -> Notifications -> Alert Me (pilot) for each Jiobit on your account.

Wi-Fi Alert (pilot feature)

Better alerts for your most trusted place.

This feature allows the Jiobit to ignore the geofence of your Home Trusted Place, and only check to see if it’s connected to your home Wi-Fi network. Most helpful for those in apartment buildings where the home Wi-Fi network is a smaller radius than the trusted place. (This feature requires Home Wi-Fi to be enabled)

‍Activate Wi-Fi Alert by selecting Menu -> Trusted Places -> ••• (Home Trusted Place Menu) -> Enable Home Wi-Fi (pilot)
